On my way back from Fiesta de Luna, I saw this building near Parque Morelos(sp?) and pulled in for a look. I eventually figured out that it's a children's museum, although I find nothing playful in its facade. The glass curtain wall is impressive but more imtimidating then inviting. The website wear a very different face: http://www.eltrompo.com/ - oh, and El Trompo is the word for "top", like a spinning top.

El Trompo
